How to use this calculator
- Enter the one-way distance from a maps app, your car’s km per liter, and today’s pump price.
- Add the nights, room rate, a daily food budget per person, and how many are going.
How it’s computed
Fuel = total km ÷ km per liter × price per liter.
Lodging = room rate × rooms × nights. Food = daily food × people × (nights + 1).
Total = fuel + tolls + lodging + food + other costs. Per person = total ÷ people.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the Fuel Cost Calculator?
The Fuel Cost Calculator covers driving only. This one adds overnight stays and meals, so it fits weekend getaways and province trips.
How many days does it count?
Nights plus one. A two-night trip has three days of meals: arrival day, the full day, and the drive home.
Does the fuel price change much?
Sample price only. Pump prices change weekly; use the price at your station.
What goes in other costs?
Entrance fees, environmental fees, pasalubong, a RoRo fare for the car, or anything else the group pays together.
