- Pick the day type and enter your hours. A double holiday means two regular holidays on one date.
How it’s computed
Hourly rate = daily rate ÷ 8. Pay for the first 8 hours uses the day’s premium rate; overtime adds 25% on ordinary days and 30% on rest days and holidays, applied to that day’s rate.
| Type of day | First 8 hours | Each overtime hour |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary working day | 100% | 125% |
| Rest day or special non-working day | 130% | 169% |
| Special non-working day on a rest day | 150% | 195% |
| Regular holiday | 200% | 260% |
| Regular holiday on a rest day | 260% | 338% |
| Double holiday | 300% | 390% |
| Double holiday on a rest day | 390% | 507% |
Example

- On a regular holiday: the first 8 hours pay ₱1,600.00 and overtime pays ₱520.00, for ₱2,120.00.
